Since its creation in January 2003 the site has exceeded 52,000 visitors. New designs and photos of dresses made, showing the finished products are displayed proudly. These bring both new and returning visitors to the site, time and time again. Visitors have with great interest followed my learning journey, the story about a woman new to dressmaking, who wants to share information gathered along the way. Many of the visitors have no experience making Irish dance dresses and have used my tips and followed my story. The website has become a great place to find information, how to sew the dresses and where to buy supplies and fabrics, something which is very sadly lacking in the world of Irish dressmaking.
