| Rose has been making ID dresses for over four years - beginning, like most of us, after looking at her daughter’s second-hand solo and thinking - I can do that! Last year Rose began making dresses for friends as well. Rose's small business is in the planning stages, and hopes to have a website up sometime this year. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
