Toni Howe is a very young and talented Irish dancer and dress designer.  She started designing at only 15 years of age and now at 20 years of age is showing remarkable talent.  Toni is also proving to be extremely generous with her many donations to Colleens' of Canberra.  Toni currently lives in Ireland.  You can view some of Toni's designs which are currently for sale and displayed on her website.  Many, many thanks to Toni for donating so much of her work to this website!
